Fortunately we've hired a confinement nanny for this month! It isn't cheap but worth every penny! Even with her around I'm still tired... And I didn't know that my wound would hurt this much. It hurts when I walk or move about and as a result I have to stay in bed as much as I can.. As for baby she's a hungry one! Waking up once every 2 hours for her feeding... But I should have expected this because I was always feeling hungry all the time when she was still in my womb....
Taking the chance to rest as much as possible now, I feel at ease leaving baby and my meals to the confinement nanny.
Mine and baby's checkup this coming Friday, baby will have to undergo a blood test- it's a normal procedure to check jaundice.
Let's hope everything turns out well.
I couldn't ask for any more.
Motherhood is tiring, but such a joy.
It's all worth it when I look at her and Hubby......

Forgot to take a pic of the curls... Was kinda tired...
After putting on the curlformers hubby wet my hair and then used a hair dryer to blow it slightly followed by leaving it on for an hour... The result was quite okay.
